This End-User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Badenstock Oy (“Company”) and the end user (“User”) in relation to the collection and processing of personal data. This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Purpose of Data Collection:

For delivery, processing and archiving of orders
For the development of badenstock.com’s operations and services
To improve the customer experience
For analytics and statistical purposes
To produce more personalized targeted content and marketing
To prevent abuses

Use of Personal Data: The personal data collected from Users will be stored only in trusted third-party services such as Mailchimp and Toneden, and will be used solely for the purpose of improving user experience.
Data Retention: The personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
Third-Party Access: The Company may provide access to the personal data to third-party services, namely Mailchimp and Toneden, for the sole purpose of improving user experience. The Company ensures that these third parties comply with the GDPR and have implemented appropriate security measures.
User Rights: Users have the right to unsubscribe from the Company’s mailing list by following the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each email. Additionally, Users may request the deletion of their Badenstock Members account by contacting customer service.
Security Measures: The Company implements the necessary security measures to protect the personal data collected from Users, ensuring its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Cookies: The Company uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its website. By using the website, Users consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Company’s Cookie Policy.
Changes to the Agreement: The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement as necessary to comply with changes in applicable data protection laws or regulations. Users will be notified of any material changes to this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
By using the Company’s services, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
