We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please verify these prices in your shopping cart before accepting the order. Delivery Costs
Usually there is no delivery cost because we sell virtual products. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

We do not offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for our products, citing that we sell services and products that fall into or belong to the following categories:

• Products or services that have been customized to meet the specific needs or preferences of the consumer and cannot be used by other consumers.

• Digital products, such as downloadable software, music, or videos, that have been downloaded or accessed with the consumer’s consent before product delivery.

• Services that have been fully or partially performed at the explicit request of the consumer, if the performance of the service has commenced after the consumer’s right of withdrawal has expired.

As part of the Badenstock Collective referral program, customers can earn a commission by referring our service to others. The commission is paid each time the referred person makes a purchase on our website. It is important to note that all commissions are taxable, and it is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local tax laws and report their earnings to the tax authorities in their country of residence.

Limitation of Liability
Badenstock Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or other harm related to the order, delivery, or product, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory laws have provided otherwise regarding such damage.
